Kale Chef Service is located in the North Scottsdale Airpark at 15111 Hayden Rd, Suite 110. Our technical studio is positioned 2 minutes from the Scottsdale Airport (SDL) for executive accessibility and fly-in teams.

Unlike recreational classes, our Scottsdale workshops focus on ‘Pro-Knife’ and ‘Full-Cycle’ instruction. You master the prep, the sear, and the plating at your own individual station using professional-grade tools and architectural blueprints rather than just following a recipe.

Our public cooking classes in Scottsdale are engineered for adults 18 years of age and older. Guests under the age of 18 are permitted to attend but must be accompanied by a registered, paying adult (18+) at their station to ensure safety and instructional parity.

In accordance with Arizona State Law (ARS 4-244.05), guests are welcome to bring their own beer, spirit or wine to our workshops. Students 21+ years of age may consume a maximum of 40 ounces of beer, 750 ml of wine, or 4 ounces of distilled spirits per visit, with consumption allowed only between noon and 10:00 p.m
 

Beyond the skills, every guest receives a physical Technical Blueprint Portfolio. This includes the ratios, thermal windows, and plating diagrams for the meal you engineered, allowing for perfect execution in your own kitchen.

 
 

Yes. Our curriculum is engineered to move beginners toward technical excellence in a single 3.5-hour session. We provide a ‘Technical Blueprint’ portfolio so you can replicate professional results at home.
