Our weekly chef services are designed to take the work and guesswork out of meal planning. They’re the perfect solution for eating healthy home-cooked meals without lifting a finger. Unlike restaurant takeout, our in-home meal prep services offer personalized menus, based on your food preferences and dietary needs. You even have the option to add meal replacement smoothies, snacks, pantry and fridge stocking services. We’d love to create something special for you.

Yes – we source organic, non-GMO ingredients.
Currently, In-Home Meal Prep Services are available with the option to have your meals prepared and package for reheating later or having a meal prepared and served fresh by your chef.

- 6 oz poultry
- 4-5 oz seafood
- 4-5 oz red meat

No – all meals are prepared at your service location.
Yes- you can request a 4 person meal plan and have enough food for lunch and dinner for the amount of day’s requested or you can freeze your meals for later.
No – services can be one-time, daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or bi-monthly.
Yes – please request an estimate.
For your first service we’d prefer for you to be home as we would LOVE to meet you! Moving forward we can text you our arrival time and when we leave.
Yes – we offer portion controlled, nutrition information and dietitian consulting services for clients needing to lose weight.
Yes – we prefer to use your pots and pans, sheet pans and cooking utensils.
No – your in-home chef will bring our portable pantry with spices, cutting boards, knives, and Vitamix.
No – services are billed weekly and you can pause/resume services at any time.
Yes- please let us know asap so we can pause your services or you can do so by logging into your account.
Yes – we love dogs and want to keep them and our chefs safe.
While we love to teach and give you cooking tips, your cook date is not the time. Please contact us to schedule a private cooking class.
Yes – if you are scheduled for recurring services you will have the same chef. If you pause services and resume services, we will try our best to match you with the same chef.
We will match you with a chef that will best suit your meal prep needs. You will receive that chef’s bio and contact information prior to service.
All food should be eaten within a week. Seafood should be eaten first, followed by meat entrees. You can freeze your meals for up to 6 months.
Yes – please notify your chef before menu development that you would like a freezer friendly menu.
