Our buffet catering dinner delivery service provides a freshly prepared, gourmet catering spread for your next dinner party. Kale Chef Service delivers everything you need to host a buffet-style dinner for ten or more guests. Simply configure your menu from our seasonal, chef-curated offerings and we’ll take care of preparing, cooking, and delivering your dinner. It’s a hassle-free option, that’ll free you from the kitchen and allow you to host a hassle-free, and stress-less dinner party.

How Our Buffet Catering Dinner Delivery Works

STEP 1: REVIEW OUR MENUS & ORDER

Featuring a fresh assortment of local and organic ingredients, our catering delivery menus offers a seasonal variety of hors d’oeuvres, salads, mains, sweets, house-made drink mixers, and more.

Catering orders can be placed online 24/7 or by phone, Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.

STEP 2: WE PREPARE, COOK & PACKAGE YOUR ORDER

Every order is prepared fresh, from scratch, in our Scottsdale kitchen. For this reason, we require a minimum of a 48-hour notice (excludes weekends and holidays), unless otherwise noted.

Warm food items are packaged in oven-safe containers, and chilled items are packaged in eco-friendly containers which are either compostable or recyclable.

STEP 3: CATERING DELIVERY

Depending on your catering order, we will provide either a doorstep delivery service or set up your catering spread. Catering upgrades are available which include catering setup, service staff, and more.

Kale Chef Service offers delivery seven days a week, and an additional fee will apply for weekend and/or holiday deliveries.

We’ll deliver within your selected 2-hour delivery window. All food items will be delivered cold with storage and reheating instructions. Menu items that are designed to be heated will be delivered in an oven-safe aluminum container.

WARM DELIVERY & SETUP

We will deliver within your selected delivery window. A chef will take care of setting up your buffet on eco-friendly bamboo platters, and disposable chafers. Buffet menu cards, printed menus, and serving utensils are included. After setup, we will take care of cleanup and leave prior to your guest’s arrival.

WEEKEND DELIVERY
Delivery is available on Saturdays or Sundays for an additional charge of $300 for chilled doorstep delivery, warm delivery, and warm delivery & setup.

An additional fee will apply, please contact us prior to placing an order.

PICKUP
Pre-arranged pickup is available from our Scottsdale kitchen, Monday to Friday between 7 am – 2 pm. We are closed for pickup on weekends and holidays.

SERVICE FEE
A 20% service charge will be added to your catering order

GRATUITY
A minimum charge of 10% gratuity will be added to your doorstep delivery order. An 18% gratuity will be added to setup orders.
