Includes made to order omelets with your choice of fillings which include, bacon, sausage, spinach, tomatoes, sweet peppers, mushrooms, jalapeno, onions, feta, cheddar, pepperjack, salsa Verde, salsa Roja (hot), avocado

we can also prepare scrambled eggs, egg white scramble, egg white omelet, fried egg, over easy, over hard, or tofu scramble

WAFFLE STATION | +$25 / per person

Includes made to order Belgian waffles with your choice of fillings which include dark chocolate chips, strawberries, blueberries, pecans, chia seeds, sprinkles, whipped cream, maple syrup, chocolate syrup, crushed peanuts, cherries, powdered sugar

SEAFOOD TOWER | +$45 / per person

Includes a chilled seafood tower of prawns, lobster, ahi tuna, horseradish, cocktail sauce, mignonette, grilled lemon
