Join us for a delightful 2 hour interactive, hands-on Cheese & Charcuterie Workshop. In a relaxed, BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) atmosphere, you’ll learn how to create stunning, personalized cheese and charcuterie boards that are sure to impress. All classes will take place at our Kitchen located at 15111 Hayden Rd, Suite 110, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, please adhere to the following safety guidelines:

 

  • Knives and Cutting:
    • Knives will be provided for cutting cheeses and charcuterie. Please use them with caution and follow instructor guidance on proper cutting techniques.
  • Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
    • Participants are responsible for informing instructors of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the workshop. Due to the nature of the class, we cannot accommodate food allergies. 
    • While we strive to accommodate, cross-contamination is possible in a shared food environment. Please exercise personal judgment regarding consumption.
  • BYOB Policy:
    • Alcohol consumption is permitted for participants of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly. Arizona BYOB Alcohol Law a 750 ml bottle of wine is permited, any unused wine cannot be removed from the premise or be recorked. 
  • Hygiene:
    • Wash hands thoroughly before and after handling food.
    • All hair shoulder length or longer is required to be pulled back.
    • Maintain a clean workspace throughout the workshop.
  • General Safety:
    • Report any spills or accidents to the instructor immediately.
    • Be mindful of your surroundings and other participants.
