Hi there! Welcome to Kale Personal Chef Services. I’m Chef Kristen Madison – a trained and certified professional chef. I’m ready to transform your life with time-saving meal solutions. As a native Midwesterner, I grew up on a traditional American Diet, filled with processed foods, animal protein, and fried foods. I never imagined I would fall in love with whole foods cuisine. Since adopting a whole food, plant-based diet, I’ve lost 60 lbs and have helped others like you, live a healthier lifestyle.

Based in Scottsdale, my culinary team and I create delicious, artisan cuisine using seasonal ingredients. Our meals are designed to fuel the body and mind, naturally. At Kale Personal Chef Services we believe the best meals start with real food, whole ingredients. Discover chef prepared, organic meals, created for you, by your very own personal chef.

To create a memorable dining experience, using the finest local and organic ingredients. Support local farms, by purchasing produce grown in Arizona. Use our knowledge, experience, and training to help educate and improve our clients’ lives, one bite at a time, by creating food with integrity.

Our Story

Before starting Kale Personal Chef Services, Chef Kristen Madison was a chef working her way through culinary school in fine dining restaurants, hotels, and spas. She realized, creating beautiful, food was a constant thought, from dusk to dawn, and even in her dreams. Second, she wanted to create food she was passionate about, food with a purpose.

In 2013, she set out with an idea,  that there were people like herself, people who craved artisan food, made with farm-to-table ingredients, free of chemicals, preservatives, artificial ingredients and GMO’s.  Those who wanted the personal touch of a chef, and a meal that didn’t leave them feeling guilty. Thus, Kale Personal Chef Services was born.

Seasonal, local and organic ingredients are our first priority, every time. We source wild-caught seafood, grass-fed beef, pasture raised poultry and eggs, and hormone-free dairy.

All of our meals start from scratch, with farm-to-table ingredients, made with love, the way nature intended.

SPICES BEFORE SALT

The best meals start with seasonal, high-quality ingredients, then we build flavor from fresh herbs, aromatics, spices and then salt (as needed).
