Allergen Statement for Cooking Classes & Workshops

Please be aware that our public cooking classes cannot accommodate individual allergen requests. Our kitchen facilities are not allergen-friendly, and we regularly utilize the “Big 8” allergens (milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, fish, and shellfish) in all our cooking classes. Due to the nature of a shared kitchen environment, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination for any allergen.

For private cooking classes, we can discuss and attempt to accommodate specific allergy requests. However, it is important to note that even with advanced notice, we cannot fully prevent cross-contamination as the “Big 8” allergens are still present and used within our kitchen. Participants with severe allergies should exercise caution and consider this information carefully before booking.
