We’re seeking experienced line cooks to join our growing team. 

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday or  Wednesday – Sunday, the schedule will vary week to week, based on business volume. 7:30 AM –  4 PM OR 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, INCLUDES A 30 MINUTE LUNCH BREAK

Job Responsibilities

  • Wash, prepare, chop, cook and produce food in accordance with the company standards
  • Weigh, portion, and follow recipes and/or the company’s meal prep standards
  • Assemble, portion, label, and package food 
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized kitchen which includes cleaning and sanitizing work station, washing dishes, taking out the garbage, sweeping, mopping, and working with the team to keep the kitchen in clean working condition at all times

Job Qualifications

  • Legal to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
  • Work in an environment with climate changes (warm/hot while working the line, cold walk-in fridge/freezer)
  • Have 2+ years of experience working in a scratch kitchen
  • A positive “can-do” attitude
  • Current food handlers certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Catering Server + Delivery Driver

Job Description

As an event server, you will be responsible for assisting the kitchen team with the packaging of catering orders. 

The event server is responsible for transporting and delivering catering orders, setting up buffets, and serving post-event cleanup. Ensuring everything that is needed is loaded into the company catering van. As an event server, you will set up events according to company standards. 

Some events will require the event server to stay throughout and clean up after, break down the catering setup, and load the company van back up. Return to the kitchen and unload any refrigerated items back into the kitchen. 

In addition to serving and delivering catering orders, this role will also assist with food preparation in our commercial kitchen. 

Schedule

8 AM – 6 PM, TUESDAY – SATURDAY (The schedule will vary from week to week depending on the needs of the business. This position requires evening and weekend availability)

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience working in a commercial kitchen as a line cook or prep cook (or higher role)
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience working for a gourmet caterer, restaurant, or high end grocery store/market
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Description

We’re seeking hourly prep cooks to join our team. You will be responsible for washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning produce, meats, and cheeses for production. As well as assembling and packaging our products for sale.

Schedule

  • Will vary week to week, must have availability to work weekends. 10 AM – 6:30 PM, Weds- Sun. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items in accordance with standardized recipes
  • Use a meat slicer to cut gourmet meats and cheeses
  • Use a cheese cutter and slicer to prepare cheese
  • Wash and prepare produce
  • Prepare cold food and our packaged food items to order
  • Reports directly to the Executive Chef and in her absence, Sous Chef

Job Description

Greeting customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ready to take their orders and/or checkout customers using Square POS. As a front counter team member, you will be responsible for preparing customers’ food orders using our pre-portioned ingredients. 

Stocking, maintaining, and rotating product inventory in our grab-n-go food store.

10:30 AM – 6:30 PM, TUESDAY- SATURDAY OR SUNDAY TO THURSDAY(The schedule will vary from week to week depending on the needs of the business. This position requires evening and weekend availability)

Create and execute brand marketing strategies both digital, print, and locally. From conception to execution, The Marketing Associate will be responsible for building brand awareness, creating and executing brand promotions and special events. Working closely with The Executive Chef in creating packaging, graphics, print, and all promotional materials.
