Our gourmet dinner party catering services are available for private in-home dinners, entertaining clients, colleagues, weddings, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, and fine home rentals in Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and surrounding cities.  

How It Works

Step 1: Request a Proposal

Submit a dinner party proposal request and we’ll contact you for your complimentary chef consultation.

Step 2: Menu Development

We’ll create a menu based on your food preferences, dietary needs, vision, and budget.

Step 3: Dinner Party Day

Our team will arrive at your location bearing groceries and our portable pantry. Onsite we’ll cook, serve and clean up your kitchen.

Buffet Catering Pricing

Buffet dinner parties start at $55 per person, plus groceries and gratuity. Buffet dinner parties include one salad, two proteins, two sides, and one dessert. Fees include menu development, food, labor, on-site food preparation, buffet setup, printed menu, and kitchen cleanup.

Plated or family style dinner parties start at $125 per person and include a 4-course dinner consisting of an appetizer, soup or salad, main course, and dessert. 

Dinner party pricing includes menu development, food, culinary labor, server (assist with event setup, serving, and cleanup), menu, event cleanup, and gratuity. 

Romantic Dinners for Two Pricing

Celebrate an anniversary, birthday, engagement or just enjoy a romantic dinner at home with a gourmet dinner for two.

Romantic dinners include a 4-course plated meal served by the chef consisting of an appetizer, soup or salad, main course, and dessert. 

  • Dinner for two fee: $350 plus groceries
  • Groceries: dependent upon menu ($50 – $100)
  • Gratuity: 20%

What's included with dinner party catering services?

Services include a complimentary chef consultation, menu development, food, labor, travel within our standard service area, on-site food preparation, printed menu and kitchen cleanup.

Is gratuity included?

A 20% gratuity will be included on your estimate and is shared amongst all service staff.

Will I need a server for my event?

Yes – all dinner parties require a server with the exception of romantic dinners for two. Servers help with event set-up, serving of food/beverages and assist with cleanup. Based on your event size we can help determine how many servers you’re going to need.

How far in advance do I need to book a dinner party?

We strongly recommend booking asap to guarantee availability.

What is your service fee?

We have a 20% service fee, which is not the gratuity and this fee covers administrative labor, insurance, travel expenses within our standard service area, truck maintenance and rental/vendor coordination.

Can you accomodate last minute dinner parties?

On occasion, we can accommodate last-minute dinner parties (those booked within 5 business days of your event). A last minute catering fee may be assessed, please contact us for availability.

Do you offer wine-pairings or beer pairings?

Yes – our wine manager can provide wine and beer pairings within your budgetary guidelines.

Can I request a custom menu?

Yes – please note that menu development can take 1-3 business days.

Do I need to provide dinnerware, drinkware and barware?

If you prefer for us to use your provided dinnerware and if you have enough to accommodate your guest we can. If not, we can help in the selection of rentals and event design.

Travel Fees

For services requested outside our standard service area (20 miles from zip code 85260) a travel fee per mile will be assessed.
