Position Summary

The Lead Line Cook is responsible for overseeing and executing food preparation and cooking operations during service. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for culinary arts. The Lead Line Cook will work closely with the culinary team to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, grill and cook menu items to specifications and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with the training and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience working as a line cook in fine dining and/or scratch kitchens.

  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology.

Compensation and Schedule

  • Compensation: Up to $26 per hour.
  • Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Tuesday to Saturday, with a half-hour lunch break.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Sous Chef to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and/or farm-to-table kitchens, with proven leadership and management skills. This is a full-time position, Tuesday to Saturday, 8 am – 5 pm with an hour lunch break.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, ordering, cooking, and presentation.
  • Oversee and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Recruit, foster, and develop kitchen team members.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and adherence to recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Support catering events and cooking classes 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a management role as a Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant and/or farm-to-table and a scratch kitchen.

Cooking Class Instructors

Overview

Seeking passionate and experienced Cooking Class Instructors to lead private in-home and in-studio classes in Scottsdale. Instructors will guide students through various culinary techniques and recipes in a fun and engaging environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cooking classes for individuals and groups in private homes and studio settings.
  • Develop and adapt lesson plans based on class themes and student skill levels.
  • Provide hands-on instruction on cooking techniques, ingredient preparation, and recipe execution.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace before, during, and after classes.
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all participants.
  • Communicate effectively with students, providing guidance and answering questions.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Travel to various locations within Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley and surrounding cities  for in-home classes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience working in scratch kitchens.
  • Experience in culinary schools or teaching cooking classes preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and various cuisines.

  • Reliable transportation to and from class locations.

Job Summary

As a prep cook and front counter charcuterie board associate, you are responsible for using an electric slicer to slice meats, cheeses, preparing and portioning food by our daily production schedule, and following recipes according to company standards and the health department.  Ability to prepare and package goods to company standards. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience working in scratch kitchen (restaurant, caterer) as a prep cook
  • Has consistently worked at the same restaurant or caterer
