Careers at Kale Chef Service & Studio 110

Transforming Boardrooms into Bistros since 2013.

Who We Are

Kale Chef Service operates Studio 110, North Scottsdale’s premier culinary laboratory and exclusive private event venue. Founded by Executive Chef Kristen Madison, we specialize in high-stakes corporate team building, executive leadership retreats, and bespoke private celebrations.

We do not operate a traditional restaurant line or standard catering service. Instead, we are a Technical Culinary Facilitation Agency. We use the physics and logistics of the professional kitchen to help corporate teams and private groups find their collective rhythm.

Our Philosophy: connect. collaborate. engineer.

Our brand is built on The Mastery of Ease. For our high-net-worth and executive clients, true luxury is the complete removal of friction. We manage the complexity of the kitchen so our guests can focus entirely on human connection. Delivering this level of “effortless” hospitality requires flawless internal systems, absolute precision, and a highly synchronized team.

The Work Environment

Working at Studio 110 means stepping into a pristine, high-performance culinary laboratory.

  • Predictability: Because we operate exclusively on a private-booking model, our team benefits from clear schedules, controlled guest counts, and pre-calibrated menus.

  • Zero Margin for Error: We source 100% organic, USDA Prime, and wild-caught ingredients. We treat our workspace, our tools, and our prep with absolute reverence.

  • Professionalism: We leave the toxicity, shouting, and chaos of the traditional restaurant industry at the door. Our kitchen is an environment of mutual respect, quiet focus, and technical excellence.

Who We Hire

We look for professionals who take immense pride in the details—whether you are a Kitchen Steward maintaining our sanitation standards, a Prep Assistant executing a perfect bias-cut, or a Culinary Facilitator guiding a room of Fortune 500 executives.

Our ideal team members are:

  1. Precision-Driven: You believe that how you do one thing is how you do everything.

  2. Ego-Free: You understand that we are here to make the guest the hero of the kitchen.

  3. Proactive: You anticipate the needs of the Chef, the team, and the client before they have to ask.

If you are ready to leave the chaotic restaurant line behind and elevate your career in an elite, highly organized culinary laboratory, we invite you to explore our open positions.

Welcome to the Lab.
