Charcuterie Letters Include

Each chef-curated charcuterie letter box is a unique creation, filled with a delightful assortment of cheeses (from creamy to sharp), savory meats, a selection of crisp crackers, and complementary garnishes for a truly special treat.

All letters include the freshest seasonal and premium fruit, dried fruit, gourmet nuts, chocolates, antipasto (ie. olives, olive tapenade, pickles, sweet peppers, etc.). 

CHARCUTERIE(MEAT) AND CHEESE: 

• CHARCUTERIE: Chef’s selection of three charcuteries, which may include Soppresetta, Prosciutto, Speck, Bresaola, Cabernet Salami, Truffle Salami, Hot Coppa, Hot Calabrese, Herb Soppressetta, or Peppercorn Salami 
• CHEESE: Chef’s selection of three artisan cheeses and our signature cheese roses and hearts. Our cheese selection includes local Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Reserve Cheddar, Colby, Black Truffle Toma, 26-month Gouda, Smoked Cheddar, Tripe Creme Brie, Port Wine Derby, Lavender Honey Chevre, Berry Hibiscus Chevre, Roquefort, or Blue Cheese. 

CHEESE 

• CHEESE: Chef’s selection of five artisan cheeses and our signature cheese roses and hearts. Our cheese selection includes local Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Reserve Cheddar, Colby, Black Truffle Toma, 26-month Gouda, Smoked Cheddar, Tripe Creme Brie, Port Wine Derby, Lavender Honey Chevre, Berry Hibiscus Chevre, Roquefort, or Blue Cheese. 

VEGAN CHARCUTERIE AND CHEESE (100% VEGAN): 

• VEGAN CHARCUTERIE: Chef’s selection of two plant-based and vegan charcuteries, which may include prosciutto, pepperoni, salami, truffle mushroom and walnut pate, or sopprasetta.’ 
• VEGAN CHEESE: Chef’s selection of three plant-based and vegan cheeses, which may include Truffle ‘Chevre,’ Smoked ‘Cheddar,’ Pepperjack, Colby Jack, Pistachio Honey ‘Chevre,’ Ash ‘Chevre,’ Parmesan, Brie, Balsamic and Fig Mozzarella, or Tomato Herb Fromage.

We offer same-day pickup and delivery for charcuterie and cheese boards. Our charcuterie and cheese boards feature a selection of artisan cured meats, local, domestic, and imported cheeses, sweet and savory accompaniments, house-made jams, crackers, artisan crisps, and local honey.

• Orders can be picked up at our store located at 15111 Hayden Rd, Suite 110, Scottsdale, AZ 85260
• Pickup hours are from 12 pm to 5 pm, Monday through Saturday.
• Please bring your order confirmation email or number when you pick up your order.

• Orders must be placed by 10 AM for same-day delivery
• The same-day delivery window is 12 pm – 5 pm
• We deliver within a 10-mile radius of our store, including all or parts of Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, and Fountain Hills

Delivery:

• We offer delivery within a 10-mile radius of our store.
• Delivery fees start at $20  and increase based on the distance from our store.
• We deliver from 12 pm to 5 pm, Monday through Saturday.
• Please provide us with your delivery address and phone number when you place your order.
• Deliveries are perishable and will be left at the door or front desk if no one answers.
• Please include any special delivery instructions under ‘order notes’ when placing your order (ie gate code, special arrival instructions, etc.)

• We offer free delivery on orders $250+
• Free delivery is available for same-day and scheduled deliveries.
